										<span class="elementor-icon-list-text">Tatema a fuego directo 4 chiles poblanos, ponlos a sudar en una bolsa de plástico por unos minutos y después retira la piel. Haz una abertura pequeña a cada chile y retira las semillas con mucho cuidado.</span>

										<span class="elementor-icon-list-text">Pica tomate, cebolla y chile serrano muy finamente, mézclalos en un tazón con dos latas de atún Mazatún en aceite previamente escurridas y media taza de puré de tomate. Sazona con sal y pimienta al gusto.</span>

										<span class="elementor-icon-list-text">Rellena los chiles poblanos tatemados con la mezcla de atún Mazatún y un poco de queso rallado y colócalos en una charola para hornear previamente engrasada.</span>

										<span class="elementor-icon-list-text">Gratina en el horno por 10 minutos a 180ªC. Sirve calientes, báñalos con media crema y decora con unas hojitas de cilantro. </span>
